Hayward Pool Products - Sorryful Customer Service
I wanted to replace my current Haywood pool pump with a new variable speed , more efficient Hayward pump.I have been dealing with the Hayward customer service department, for six weeks trying to get just three simple questions answered.
I just want to make sure that I was ordering the proper pump, and you would think that I was dealing with people from a foreign country. In five different emails they have failed to supply an understandable answer. Their email response time is five work days. I have asked for a different representative for help and only got a response from, I believe the same person.
Except she no longer supplies her name at the bottom.
I called Hayward on the phone and was put on hold until I hung up, one hour later.Don't waste your time with the Hayward customer service department, they are idiots.
