I have been on hold on the customer support line for 7 hours today. Still no answer. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!! Their recorded message "Your time is better spent relaxing poolside" doesn't represent their company accurately when your pump didn't last as long as it should and your pool is turning green!.... no relaxing here!
