Poor quality control system
Beware the fake 2 yr warrantee.
Bought their products for years, but when defective, their warrantee says 2 years, but is ONLY parts, NOT labor. And you must take the product to a contractor who profits only from charging you.
Their vacuums are fine when work, but increasingly over the years the workmanship deteriorated. Now if you don't get a replacement from the supplier, after 30 days, you must go to one of Haywards local contractors.
I purchased a Model 2025ADC, the turbine started sticking and then seldom worked after 30 days. I have rebuilt these in the past so know how to clean and check for debris etc. Clearly the gear box is jamming every few minutes.
Now I understand why they have started to give rebates, can't sell these defective products and don't adequately back them up.

Hayward Pool Pump SP3010EEAZ
I ordered this pool pump through inyopools.com online on 09/04/2018 .I received and installed it on 09/15/2018. Went to turn the pump on and a puff of smoke came out of the motor.
Living in Florida I could not go any longer without a pool pump so I replaced the motor with another. On Monday I called inyopools about what happened and they told me that I might have to send back the pump and motor. There is nothing wrong with the pump. I just want the motor replaced.
